“We had the garage door spool that holds the cables break one night, making the door inoperable. We called that night to the emergency number and they called the next morning. They could not come out that day, but did the following day in the morning. The repair was quick and the serviceman was polite and professional. The repair did not take long - maybe 20 minutes. The serviceman was polite and professional, and wore those little booties in the house to protect the floors. So far it's worked great. The serviceman said this was a typical repair needed for a 10-year old garage door. I would hire them again. They were the original installers of the door (although we didn't own the house then). Glad to see good reviews on Angie's List.”
