Because of the positive experience and your company's reputation I recently purchased a new garage door opener at AE Door Sales in Florence. Your representative was able to advise me by phone of what the problem was when the door would not open. I thought it was the spring again but was told it was a gear in the opener. When I came to your showroom your sales representative showed me the opener that would best meet my needs and at my request also advised of some cheaper options as well explained the functional differences. I was very pleased with the customer service provided to me and made the purchase. The sales representative was not only friendly and cordial but articulated well the facts which enabled me to make my decision. An installation was immediately scheduled for just 3 days later, on a Monday, and I was able to make the payment directly to the installer after the opener was installed. He also was very friendly and courteous and completed the work quite efficiently, completing the small amount of cleanup and taking the old opener for disposal.
