“I was at AE Door for batteries for my garage remote. Now, I had never been there...so when I called the main telephone number for directions. The switchboard operator was very professional and helpful. Then I went to the local store at 1260 West Sharon Road. I went to the front desk to make sure that I would know where the parts department was located. The receptionist was very nice and professional was directed to the parts department. I went to the parts department and was greeted by that personnel. I was very satisfied with the service, the cost, the fast replacement of the batteries for my remote, the professional attitude and the friendly personnel. I was also informed, that exchange was although a good idea, but that they do not have the proper competent to check of your batteries. I said that I never thought about going there for this situation. Other battery needs maybe, but not this one. I want to thank you for the opportunity to stare how thrilled I was to review the company of AE Door. They are tops in their field. Thank you again.”
